COACHING

The club has three AGB qualified Development Coaches (Level 2) and two AGB qualified Session Coaches (Level 1). Coaching support is provided at the club on a rota basis, with a coach available at one dedicated session every two weeks, alternating which day of the week that takes place. The rota is visible within the Members' Area of the website and the dates are on the calendar.

Our coaching team leads beginners' courses and supports our novices, advises on equipment purchases, develops and leads workshops on bow maintenance, set up and tuning, develops and leads workshops on form and technique, coordinates the monthly competition squad, and is always on hand, being happy to answer questions and help out club members. We are able to offer overhead video feedback and have a variety of other coaching tools available.

We also offer dedicated coaching, where a club member can request to work with a specific coach over a number of sessions under a formalised agreement. The form to request dedicated coaching is behind the Members' Area.
